A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. For even better precision, supplying them in STEP or IGS formats is recommended.

Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% deposit for your order. Once the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos for your confirmation, after which you can pay the remaining balance. For smaller orders, PayPal is accepted, with the commission added to the total. For larger transactions, T/T is preferred.
